• Why does AES contribution increase or decrease?
Some industrial classification codes will see increases while others will see decreases. AES shall not show a profit. Increases are therefore due to an increase in the number of occupational diseases or a higher rate of compensation being paid.
• What is an industrial category (branchegruppe)?
An industrial category is a grouping of industries and companies. These categories are structured according to Statistics Denmark's industrial categorisation and are prescribed by law.
• I would like to change to another industrial category - how do I do that?
Where and how you can change a company's industrial classification code depends on whether you run your business from one or more addresses.

• Collective payments: Which schemes are paid for collectively?
ATP collects contributions for AER, AES, and Finansieringsbidrag (Financing contribution) as one collective payment. Every quarter you will receive a collective paying-in slip for all the schemes that apply to you.
• When is the payment date for collective payment?
AER, AES, and Finansieringsbidrag must be paid altogether once every quarter. The payment dates are 14 July, 14 October, 20 January, and 14 April. You will receive a collective paying-in slip for all the schemes that apply to you.
