Bonus scheme
AUB pays bonuses to those trainees who have concluded and passed paid vocational education.
You must have had a work placement that was based on a written training agreement with an employer. You may also have been in skolepraktik (training at a business school or vocational school).
Requirements for receiving a bonus:
- You must be 18 years of age during the accrual period
- You must have concluded and passed your education
- You are not entitled to a bonus if you are paid as an adult trainee.
