How do I claim my holiday pay?
Enter the dates of your holiday using our self-service telephone or website. We will then ensure that your holiday pay is deposited to your NemKonto (Easy Account).

I do not live in Denmark. How do I claim my holiday pay?
If you do not have a NemKonto in Denmark, you must send us information about your bank account. More information is available here: Payment abroad

How do I use the self-service telephone?
Call +45 70 11 03 03 and follow the instructions. You need to have your CPR number ready. You also need the 5-digit code stated in the letter we sent you. If you have not received a letter with the code, please contact FerieKonto.

How do I access the FerieKonto self-service website?

Do Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays count as days of holiday?
No, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count as days of holiday.

I am not living in Denmark and am no longer working for a Danish employer. How do I claim my holiday pay?
You need to send us a letter or an email containing the following information:
