What happens next?

LG receives your claim together with documents proving your claim and one of our customer advisers processes your claim.
Within 1 week we will send a letter acknowledging receipt of your claim to you or the person you have authorised to act on your behalf.

We will contact you only if we need more information.
You can also look up information for yourself on the LG website.

 

 


If you are entitled to cover, we pay the money into your account or to the person you have authorised to receive money on your behalf.
