David Russell (UK)

Mr. David Russell is Co-Head of Responsible Investment for the Universities Superannuation Scheme, the second largest pension fund in the United Kingdom. USS has been assessing climate change risks and opportunities form a pension fund perspective since 2001, and David is a Steering Committee member of the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC).
