Board of Representatives and ATP's Supervisory Board

ATP Livslang Pension (Lifelong Pension) is managed by a Board of Representatives, a Supervisory Board and a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). ATP Livslang Pension and LG share the same Supervisory Board and Board of Representatives.

The Board of Representatives convenes once a year to:

adopt financial statements and the remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Representatives
adopt changes to the ATP contribution
appoint a chairman and auditors
adopt the Supervisory Board's pay policy
consider any business submitted by the Supervisory Board.

In all other respects, the Supervisory Board has ultimate responsibility for ATP. The Supervisory Board convenes at least six times a year. The Board of Directors consists of the same number of representatives from the employer and employee side as well as an independent chairman.

The social partners nominate candidates to the Minister of Employment, who appoints the members of ATP's Board of Representatives and Supervisory Board.
