We evaluate the recruitment process

It is important to us that candidates have a good experience when applying for a job at ATP. Therefore, we assess the application process by asking for your feedback via email. Your insights are valuable in our ongoing efforts to improve our recruitment process, and we value every bit of feedback you can provide us with.

Q&A

How can I prepare for an interview?

There are several ways of preparing for a job interview. You might consider:

  • providing a concise overview of your background and how you can contribute to the responsibilities and tasks outlined in the job advertisement
  • familiarising yourself with ATP’ as an organisation, along with our tasks and purposes. You can learn more about us here: https://www.atp.dk/en
  • preparing some questions in advance, for example, in relation to responsibilities and other aspects you feel are necessary for evaluating whether the role is a fit for you.
How are applicants rejected?

If you have not been invited to a preliminary interview, you will receive an email thanking you for your application and interest in ATP. You should receive this email no later than two to three weeks after the application deadline.

If you have attended an interview, you will receive a phone call explaining why we did not proceed with your profile. This call also offers you a chance to reflect on the recruitment process.

What will happen to my application if I am not hired?

We will protect your personal data and store your CV for six months. With your consent, we may extend the storage period for another six months. Afterwards, the collected data will be automatically deleted. Should you wish to have your information deleted before the six-month period, you can write to us at nytjob@atp.dk

Does ATP accept unsolicited applications?

We value your interest in ATP as a potential employer. However, we do not accept unsolicited applications, as all our vacant positions are announced on our website. To stay updated on vacancies, you can subscribe to our Job Agent or follow us on LinkedIn.

What is the corporate language at ATP?

As part of our promotion of diversity and inclusion, we have commenced a new initiative to accommodate candidates and employees who do not speak Danish.

While our corporate language remains Danish, we have gradually begun recruiting English-speaking candidates in certain parts of the organisation.

We are still in the process of translating all of our touchpoints, which means that you might encounter information in Danish throughout parts of the recruitment process.
