Head of Solution Architecture

In Digital Solutions, we play a crucial role in digitalizing Danish society. We develop and test innovative solutions, while also guiding ATP’s technological strategy and setting new benchmarks for digitalization within the public sector.
The Solution Architecture team plays a pivotal role in delivering robust digital solutions across the organization. As the Head of Solution Architecture, you will lead a team of 15 highly skilled specialists while providing input that help shape ATP’s agenda for solution architecture.
Your responsibilities
Your primary objective will be to provide leadership and professional sparring to the team.
This means that you will be responsible for:
- defining and continuously evolving the solution architecture vision, principles, and methods
- providing architectural guidance on complex, cross-domain initiatives
- leading, mentoring, and developing a team of solution architects
- managing the allocation of the team across projects in the organization
- collaborating closely with enterprise architects, internal customers, and external partners
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in people management together with a solid background, education, and knowledge of IT architecture.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have proven experience leading solution architecture teams or senior architects in complex organizations
- have a strong background in IT architecture
- are passionate about staying updated on the latest trends in solution architecture
- motivate the team with an appreciative and engaging management style
- are collaborative by nature, with a focus on building alignment and trust
- must be fluent in spoken and written Danish, as you will be working closely with mostly Danish-speaking colleagues

As Head of Solution Architecture, you will be part of External Development. We hold the overall delivery responsibility for digital development with external vendors – from requirements and design to implementation and go-live.
You will join Delivery Excellence & Governance and become part of the leadership group.
