Enterprise Architect focusing on Investment and Real Estate in a newly established role

In Digital Solutions – ATP’s division for IT, Data and Digitalisation – we play a key role in digitalising Danish society.  

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect in a newly established role spanning Pension & Investment and ATP Ejendomme (Real Estate Portfolio Management).  

Your main tasks:  
You will help us strengthen the way we work with architecture across systems, data, processes and business capabilities – across two very different domains. This means you will work in different organizational setups, with varying strategies and stakeholders, and across locations in both Copenhagen and Hillerød. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with varied challenges and enjoys applying their skills across multiple domains. 

You will work closely with colleagues across ATP to create coherence, transparency and direction in a complex landscape where stable operations, regulatory requirements and long-term value creation all matter. 

Who are you? 
Your background could be technical or business-focused – what matters most is your ability to think strategically about technology and your motivation to influence how it’s used in a large, complex organization. It’s not about the number of years of experience, but about your capabilities and mindset. 

You are: 

  • strategic and proactive – able to define a long-term technology roadmap and drive real change across teams 
  • experienced in, or deeply curious about, Enterprise Architecture and its frameworks. Experience with TOGAF, Archimate and LeanIX is an advantage 
  • analytical and structured, with the ability to connect strategy, technology and business needs 
  • curious about new methods and technologies – and eager to explore how they can strengthen ATP’s resilience and capabilities 
  • skilled at visualizing complex challenges and communicating ideas clearly to diverse audiences 
  • collaborative, with strong stakeholder management skills and a natural ability to create alignment.

In Pension & Investments, we work with complex business processes, large data flows and critical systems that support both long-term pension administration and investment activities.
